Weekly Activities
Today is the 1st Sunday of this month of February and we are presently in our Thanksgiving/worship service. You are welcome to God’s presence.
The church has resumed but with special guidelines. The guidelines can be found on our website – rccgcovenant.com/guidelines and on the members’ WhatsApp platform. Remember you can join the WhatsApp group by clicking the WhatsApp link on the home page of our website.
The Ayeni’s baby has been dedicated to God today. We pray that she continues to dwell in the presence of God all her days in Jesus name.
New beginning prayer conference for this year commences this week from Friday the 12th of February till Sunday the 14th of February, 2021.
- Theme: FAITH FOR FULFILLMENT (Romans 1:17, Hebrews 10:38-39).
The Teenagers fellowship holds every week on Sundays via zoom. Details of the meeting will be communicated via the group’s and the church’s platform.
For now, we will be having 1-midweek service, alternating between Bible study and prayer meeting.
On Tuesday, there shall be no evening service due to our New beginning prayer Conference starting on Friday.
The Redeemed Christian Church of God’s global annual fasting and prayer started on Monday the 11th of January, 2021. We will be fasting for 63 days which has been divided into 3 phases with 21 days in each phase. Today is the 7th day of the next 21 days of the second phase.
- First phase: First 21 days will be for thanksgiving prayers.
- Second phase: Next 21 days will be for mercy prayers.
- Third phase: Last 21 days will be for demand prayers
- The prayer points for the second phase of the fast is on our WhatsApp platform.
- Note: If you prefer to do dry fast/continuous fast, each phase can be done in 12 days while the entire 63 days can be done in 30 days continuously.
Upcoming events
The national youth Sunday will hold on the 28th of February 2021 instead of 31st of January here in Covenant parish church hall . Please keep praying towards the program and mark it in your calendars! More information will be announced later!
Our E-tracts and salvation video clips are already running on a weekly basis. We implore everyone to use them on individual’s social media platforms and personal spaces. If anyone is still interested in joining the crew, please contact brother Godwin Oamen.
