This year, as we walk with the Lord and abide in His presence so shall our land be fruitful and yield its increase unto us and our lives will be expressions of the fulfilment of His will in Jesus name.

Weekly Activities

Today is the 2nd Sunday of this month of November and we are presently in our Gideon Men annual conference/worship service. Also, the day doubles as Fathers’ day. You are welcome into His presence and happy father’s day to all the men in the house.

  • Theme: Strengthening our family foundations (Proverbs 17:6)
  • Saturday: Gideon Men bounding
  • Sunday: Lecture on Finnish child welfare and protection law.

The church has resumed but with special guidelines. The guidelines can be found on our website – rccgcovenant.com/guidelines.

The covid restrictions on public gathering have been lifted, so all our service will now be held in the church hall. Please remember to abide by all the safety guidelines.

Our E-tracts and salvation video clips are published on a weekly basis. We implore everyone to use them on individual’s social media platforms and personal spaces.

For now, we will be having one mid-week service, alternating between Bible study and prayer meeting. This week on Tuesday, we shall be having our Bible study. We shall continue with our book study of Isaiah. The time is 7pm.

The service of song for our dear father, Pastor Isaac Osana who slept in the Lord holds this week on Wednesday the 16th of November. The time is 7pm.

This week, our annual workers’ retreat will be holding on Friday the 18th of November, 2022.

  • Theme: Love feast
  • The word and prayers and Workers’ get-together
  • Venue: Covenant Parish church hall

Upcoming Events

Our PUSH and vigil edition for the month of November will hold on Thursday the 24th and Friday the 25th of November, 2022. More details coming soon.

On Wednesday the 23rd of November, we would be embarking on the first phase of our evangelism mission.

  • Venue: Leppavaara tunnel
  • Time: 6pm prompt (No African time please).
  • The second phase will hold on Wednesday the 21st of December, 2022. Further details will be announced soonest. As the church goes out to spread the good news, be prepared to share the liberating word of God.

Our Children will be having their annual Christmas service on Sunday the 18th of December, 2022.

  • Girls: White gown with a touch of red
  • Boys: Suit trouser with white shirt and red bow tie

General Notifications

Nursing mothers, please remember to use a separate plastic bag placed in the female toilet to wrap up your children’s used diaper especially the one with poo before putting it in the big trash.

When you take any item from the store downstairs for use, endeavour to return them back to the store. Please do not dump the item in the usher stand, cleaning closet or children department.

When parking in the car park downstairs, please ensure not to park in the varattu parkings with company names like Avallonica, Kilon Hammaslääkäri, and Tilitoimisto Helenius. They Also need the parking spaces on Sundays and in the evenings. We have extra parking spaces in the school near the church. Please for more information contact sis Lisa.

If you have prayer requests, you can submit them to the prayer box in the church’s corridor anonymously or with name. The prayer department will pray about them.

Parents please remind your children to bring their bible to church always. This is to establish and encourage in the children the lifestyle of coming to church with bible.

If you are interested in joining the Church’s work force and you want to serve in the children or sanitation department, please contact bro Tosin Ayeni.

Ministers’ and workers’ meeting holds every Sunday morning by 10:30 am in the church hall. Let us endeavour to come on time.
