2019 – Our year of all round dominion
Remember that this is our year of ALL-ROUND DOMINION. We are dominating on every side in the name of Jesus.
This year this month, every place the sole of our feet shall tread shall be given unto us in the name of Jesus.

Today is Easter Sunday. CHRIST IS RISEN. May the death, burial and resurrection of Christ reflect fully in your life in Jesus name.
This month has been tagged “Our Month of GRATITUDE TO GOD. Bible passages: Psalm 52:9, 35:18, 9:1, Lamentations 3:25, Hebrews 13:15, 12:28, Colossians 4:2, 2:7, 1:12, 3:15.
Weekly Activities
This week, we shall continue our study of the book of Judges chapter 9 on Tuesday. Time is 7pm to 8pm.
On Thursday, we shall have our prayer meeting. Time is 7pm as well.
After the Service today, the everyone should please should join hands with the Sanitation department to clean the church premises.
Prayers for pregnant women and expectant mothers holds every Sunday immediately after service. Please immediately after the Service, join Pastor Henry in the office.
Upcoming Events
Our night vigil is holding on Friday 26th April 2019 . The theme of the vigil “Prayer of Faith for Divine healing”.
Children’s Teachers retreat holds Saturday 27th April by 2pm. The theme is leadership by example. All children teachers please take note. People who are interested in becoming teacher are encouraged to attend and let us know before the day for planning purposes.
Women’s conference will hold from 11th – 12th of May, 2019. It is for all women in Covenant Parish
- Theme: The Modesty of a Godly woman
- Saturday 11th is a special women’s meeting. All women in Church are expected to be there.
- Sunday 12th is a special women’s service.
- Guest Speaker: Mrs Kate Adesuwa Izevbigie.
We shall be having a special children day service on Sunday, the 26th May 2019 and the theme is ‘ARROWS IN THE HAND OF THE MIGHTY’. The speaker is Pastor Johanna Etie, the wife of our National Coordinator.
We shall be having another exciting time in God’s presence this summer in our Europe Mainland Youth Camp. The details are as follows:
- Theme: I-Soar
- Date: 25-28 July, 2019
- Venue: Sport-Und Seminar Hotel, Austria.
- Registration fee: 100 €

General Notifications
We are planning a summer day camp for our children during the months of June and July. This is to help parents who have to work when their children’s school/päiväkoti is closed. If you are interested please sign up with one of the forms with the ushers.
- At the camp, the children will be taught how to develop and build a relationship with Christ. There shall also be fun activities, etc.
- The venue of the camp will be our Church hall throughout June and July.
- Time is 9am to 2pm from Monday to Friday.
- If you are interested in being a teacher in the camp please contact Sis Divyne. It will be a paid position.
- Parents will have to pay a small fee for the day camp. The fee will be announced soon.
The children department has requested that once it is 12:30 parents will no longer be allowed to feed their children in the children section . They are allowed to do that before 12:30. They have made alternative provision outside. They will arrange a few chairs outside and any parent who want to feed his or her child can go there. They request that parents should also ensure to keep the place clean.
The Ministers’ Prayer meeting holds every Sunday morning by 10:30 am. Please, all Ministers should take note and endeavour to be on time.
