2024: My year of His Kingdom and His will

Lack of knowledge is one of the reasons why most of us, Christians, are operating below what God Has made us to be. In fact, God said in Hosea 4:6 that His people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. John 8:32 says: And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. It is therefore certain that not having knowledge could bring destruction and makes one remain in perpetual slavery or bondage. Knowledge is worth pursuing especially when it is the knowledge that comes from the word of God. Amongst the Spirits that the Bible prophesied to be upon Jesus when He was to be born was the Spirit of knowledge. To maximize our potential, we need knowledge. Proverbs 20:15 placed knowledge above gold and multitude of rubies or pearls.

There is gold, and a multitude of pearls, but the lips of knowledge are a vase of preciousness [the most precious of all] (Proverbs 20:15 AMPC).

No wonder the Psalmist was asking God to teach him knowledge (Psalm 119:66). He understood the value of knowledge. Whatever you do not know rules and reigns over you. Knowledge unveils, empowers, equips, enriches, delivers and gives a new ground of victory.

Brethren let us crave for knowledge in this month of November and throughout the days of our lives. We cannot afford to be ignorant of the truth and expect to be on full potential. If we must answer our real name (overcomer), we need to strive for the knowledge of the word of God.

This month is declared "OUR MONTH OF KNOWLEDGE" by the grace of God.
