2024: My year of His Kingdom and His will

Brethren if it had not been the Lord who stood by us when the snare of the fowler, and the noisome pestilence were ravaging the world then they would have swallowed us up alive. But thanks be to God who did not allow the evil disease and plague of Corona virus to come nigh our dwelling (1 Corinthians 15:57, Psalm 124:6).

We looked unto him for help and our faces were not covered with shame, rather we came out with joyous and radiant faces (Psalm 34:5). He proved to be our sun and shield (Psalm 84:11) by covering us with His feathers and hiding us under His wings (Psalm 91:4). He unleashed His force of love on us by showing mercy towards us throughout this critical time. We were not consumed because his mercies and compassion were ever renewed on us (Lamentations 3:22-23). What a gracious God we serve!

We are what we are today by His unfailing grace (1 Corinthians 15:10). No wonder His word says: He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?” (Romans 8:32 NIV).

God has been committed to our safety and well-being (Jeremiah 29:11). He has been mindful of us (Psalm 115:12a). He has always cared for us (1 Peter 5:7).Brethren bringing all of these and many more good things He has done for us to remembrance, we owe him a heartfelt gratitude. Let His name alone be forever praised in our hearts and assembly.

The month of July is our month of :
