A life of celebration is a life that the Christians are called to live. Jesus said in John 10 :10 that He has come to give us abundant life. We cannot have such abundant life and live a life of dryness and boredom. God forbid!
The church is the extension of the kingdom of God on earth, the kingdom of God carries with it celebration. Our sins are forgiven (Colossians 2:13-14), we have been translated into the kingdom of light (Colossians 1:13), we have been blessed with all spiritual blessings in Christ Jesus (Ephesians 1:3), All things belong to us (1 Corinthians 3:21), we are joint-heirs with Christ (Romans 8:17).
In fact, over the last six months, we have experienced great help from above, fulfilment, the strength of God, Joy, excellence, and victory. These and many more call for celebration in Covenant Parish.
Brethren let us celebrate our God for His faithfulness and generosity.
This month is declared OUR MONTH OF CELEBRATION.
Let us celebrate with shout of joy, dancing, singing, offerings etc.
