2024: My year of His Kingdom and His will

No matter the surrounding situations or circumstances, Christians have every reason to rejoice, most especially in the Lord; and so much the more as the Bible has instructed us to do so in Philippians 4:4. The reason is quite simple. The kingdom to which we belong is the kingdom of joy where sorrow, darkness, sin, and anything that brings bitterness do not exist (Colossians 1:13-14 MSG).

The Bible calls the news of the birth of Jesus as the most joyful news that has ever announced (Luke 2:10 TLB). In fact, the birth, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ constitute rejoicing for the Christians.

The Psalmist says let all those that put their trust in the Lord rejoice, let them ever shout for joy, because the Lord defends them and let them also that love the name of the Lord be joyful in Him (Psalm 5:11).

Habakkuk got this revelation and went into singing in Habakkuk 3:17-18:

"Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls:  Yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation."

December is our month of "REJOICING IN THE LORD". Glory be to God forever!

Brethren, we will all rejoice in the Lord this month and forever in Jesus name.
