God promised to bless Abraham in Genesis 22:17. Genesis 24:1 has the record that God eventually fulfilled His promise to Abraham. The same blessing was extended to Isaac (Genesis 26:12). Jacob was also blessed by God (32:29 AMPC). For this blessing to come to the gentiles, God had to send Jesus to the world as a blessing (Galatians 3:14 AMPC).
Whoever is in Christ has access to the blessing of Abraham because the promise was made to Abraham and his seed, Christ (Galatians 3:16). Christ is our life, our peace, our salvation, our prosperity, our wisdom, our righteousness, and our everything! In fact, He is God’s blessing to us!
For this reason, the month of March is declared to be OUR MONTH OF BLESSING! Hallelujah!
